Fees

Fee Instructions

1. School fees are payable bi-monthly upto 15th of the month given in the time schedule. In case 15th happens to be a public holiday. 14th will be the last day for the payment of the fees.

2. Kindly note that if the fees is not deposited by the above mentioned dates Rs. 5/- will be charged as fine from 16th to 20th of the month.A sum of Rs. 25/- will be charged as a fine from 21st to end of the month.

3. On non payment. Rs.50/- will be charged as a fine from the following month.

4. Thereafter the name of the defaulter will be struck off from the rolls. The student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the principal and on payment of all the arrears and admission fees.

5. All fees are payable in advance for all twelve calendar months.

6. Class X and XII students will have to clear all their fees up to March before they collect their Board Examination Admit card in the month of January.

7. Fees once paid will not be refunded. .
One month notice in writing is required before a child discontinues the school and the school transport. Otherwise month's fees and the transportation charges will be levied.

8. Please note that the fees for the month of January. February & March should be deposited in the month of January itself. You are required to retain this fees slip for a minimum period of three months.

9. Cheques and Drafts will not be accepted.Duplicate Receipts will not be issued under any Circumstances.

10. Parents are requested to keep the counterfoils safe with them and produce them whenever required by the school to verify the payment of the School Dues of a particular month.

11. It will be the responsibility of the parents to deposit the School Dues by the due date.
